I got this email from James at the Baltic I wondered if you might have a moment to look at it

   Edmund,

   I see that James has logged in successfully this morning. Can you please check with him whether he needed to reset his password today in order to do this? And also whether he can log in again with his current password.

   I can't think of any reason why this would be occurring, but this is something we can't really test without James' password and we have no pother reports of this particular problem.
