email invites - Newcastle Venues Federated account
In the federated emvironment we have in some cases two buildings
or entities being managed by one person. However only one email
will work within the Smeasure database so invites fail. Up till now
we have used secondry emails but in the case of the Centre for life
the two buildings should be managed by one person. Is it possible
to have more than one invitation associated with an email
address

Sorry, at the moment this is a limitation of federated accounts - a building can have only one manager and a manager can manage only one building, and each manager has to be a separate SMEasure account, with a unique email address.
This is something we plan to fix, but it's a substantial amount of work, and something we don't have a timetable for yet.
Hope you can find a way to work around this.

No problem - we can set up secondry email accounts for to get the logins in the few situations where this has arisen
