Our energy rating changed last week from E to A. How can this be?

   Hi Peter,

   For some reason, the rating for Gas is not being calculated for your building, so this won't be included in the overall rating. Looking into it now.

   Peter - fixed now. Please let me know if the rating for Gas fails to calculate after you add your next meter reading. Thanks.

   All seems to be well. Though I now have a G rated building.
