Why on our Performance Line does it say R=NaN? And again in the gas consumption table as attached? Thanks, Anne Brewer

   Anne,

   Unfortunately it looks like the degree days for the Redhill weather station are not correct, so I've changed the weather station for your building to Heathrow.

   You should now see a performance line and an r value.
