How is the weekly overspend and underspend for my building estimated?

Weekly (and monthly, quarterly) overspend estimates are calculated using the estimated annualised energy use of your building against standard good practice benchmarks published by CIBSE (Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers).

As with your building's A-G rating, these estimates could be subject to considerable error if you have entered fewer than eight weeks' meter readings.
